Dancing Heart Healing – Tachyon Therapy Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by Dancing Heart Healing, including Tachyon Therapy sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Dancing Heart Healing provides the following services: Tachyon Chamber Sessions for in-person energy healing therapy, Virtual Tachyon Sessions for remote energy balancing, and Gift Certificates available in various denominations. All services are intended for informational and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Payment and Pricing: Tachyon Chamber Sessions are priced at 30 Minutes: $66, 60 Minutes: $99, and 90 Minutes: $133. Virtual Tachyon Sessions (3-Part Series) are priced at 30 Minutes: $177, 60 Minutes: $266, and 90 Minutes: $355. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, and we accept credit cards, cash, and online payments via our booking system.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice will be refunded or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% charge. No refunds are issued for completed sessions. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments, provide accurate health and personal information during intake, and consult a medical professional for any health-related concerns, as our services are not a replacement for medical care.

Confidentiality: Dancing Heart Healing is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during appointments is treated as confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed without consent unless required by law. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability: Dancing Heart Healing and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While Tachyon 

Therapy is designed to promote well-being, individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Clients accept all responsibility for their participation in our services.

Medical Disclaimer: Tachyon Therapy is not a medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or care. Clients should consult their physician or healthcare provider before starting any new wellness practice, especially if they have existing medical conditions.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable but may be transferred. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Hampshire courts for any disputes.
